Long time no post! I just wrapped up a wonderful busy weekend in the artist alley at Toronto Comicon 2025 and figured I should update my site for all you lovely folks who visited my booth. I tabled with my talented friend Alli, known online as Finnaverre, who sold their beautiful artwork as prints, stickers and bookmarks, as well as their intricate and unique amigurumi crochet work.
Please check out their Instagram for more of their work at @Finnaverre. As for myself, I have gone back to college in the past year and have been quite busy, so my art/merchandise has taken a back seat to my school work. However I still love drawing and have more ideas for merchandise I'd love to make! This year I debuted my first acrylic keychains at comicon, using a few of my retro tech designs. I was very happy with the quality of them and will definitely be making more in the future of the rest of my tech designs, including some new ones that some con visitors suggested I make (looking at you, Sega Game Gear guy!). I'd also love to branch into other more "useful" products like mouse pads and fridge magnets, and more decorative items like acrylic standees. Anyway, I really appreciate all the support I received this weekend, and am very thankful to anyone who took my card and is reading this now. It's tough being an independent artist trying to make a living; not only do we make our own art, we have to design and order merchandise, run social media and websites, and find a balance between promoting our work and engaging with supporters all while living our own busy lives. It's not easy and I am grateful for any amount of support and encouragement I receive. I'll be updating my online shop shortly to include all of my new products, so check back in a few days if you want to pick up something you missed at the con! Take care friends!

Shark Bite Studios was excited to return to the convention circuit this past weekend at Toronto Fan Expo: Limited Edition in the artist alley! Thank you to all who visited my table and purchased some goodies! My table partner was my best friend and talented artist Alli, who can be found on most social media as Finnaverre. Check out their pages for art and merchandise!
I had a wonderful time meeting with you and answering questions about my available merchandise. I also received many suggestions for what you'd like to see! I have collected a long list of products I want to create in the near future, so trust that you have been heard! Please bookmark my website and check back here regularly, I will be posting all new art and merchandise here as soon as it is available. I hope to have more fun news for you soon! Take care, and Happy Halloween! |
